Refund Policy

Our aim is to ensure you get the best service possible. Unfortunately things do not always go to plan and factors outside of our control may occasionally prevent us from achieving our targets in this regard. We will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered by the time specified in the email and webpage. The timing of your order is determined by taking into account the number of orders and the circumstances being faced by the restaurant at that time.If you are dissatisfied with the quality of any Products or the service provided by a Restaurant and wish to seek a refund, a proportionate price reduction or any other compensation, you should contact the customer services department of our restaurant directly to lodge your complaint and, where appropriate, following the Restaurant's own complaint procedures.

Age Policy

We may ask for proof of ID for anyone ordering alcohol and looks under the age of 25 in agreement with the under 25 policy. If you cannot provide proper identification, our policy is no proof, no sale. Products will NOT be refunded.

The Deben Inns story began in 1992 while the Lomas family were running The Wilford Bridge at Melton. The next step came when the business acquired the lease of The Maybush Inn, Waldringfield, in October of 1997 and four years later another beautiful riverside location in the form of The Butt & Oyster at Pin Mill. The Fox Inn, Newbourne, The Coach and Horses at Melton, The Swan at Westerfield, The Ship at Levington and The Kings Head Woodbridge, have all since joined the group, with each site offering its own individuality and uniqueness. Our ethos at Deben Inns is providing great food with friendly service, at good value, and the surroundings at each location will only enhance the experience of visiting a Deben Inn. We believe it’s very important to keep the individuality of each pub intact and each team of chefs are encouraged to incorporate their own ideas and style of cooking, under no constraints
